The Court: Mr. Ajay Debnath, Counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiff, fairly submits that the suit may have been wrongly filed before the High Court and prays leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate court of law. He further prays that the court fees filed with the High Court may be returned so that the same may be used before the appropriate forum.

In light of the above submissions, plaintiff is granted leave to withdraw the suit with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate jurisdiction.
