The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration of the estate left behind by the above named deceased. The deceased was bachelor and his mother predeceased him. One of the legal heirs being the brother is the applicant. The only other surviving legal heir being the sister has consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.2,80,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
