From the Affidavit of compliance, it appears that the criminal application has been withdrawn by the contemnor. The suit still remains wherein some comments are made by the contemnor herein which may be seen as defamatory statements. However, this Court is of the view that these are the statements that are made in the plaint in usual course of filing and such allegations in the plaint are of no consequence whatsoever.

In the light of the above, no further order needs to be passed in the contempt application. The contempt application being CC/31/2022 is disposed of. Rule issued is discharged.
