1. Affidavit of service is taken on record.

2. This is an application for appointment of an Arbitrator. The Court had appointed a learned Advocate to arbitrate the dispute between the parties. By a letter dated July 10, 2025, a disclosure was made by the said arbitrator indicating that he has appeared for one of the parties.

3. Under such circumstances and in view of the regret expressed, this application has been filed for appointment of an arbitrator to settle the dispute between the parties.

4. Accordingly, the Court appoints Hon'ble Justice Subrata Talukdar, former Judge of this Court, as the learned Arbitrator, to arbitrate upon the disputes between the parties. This appointment is subject to compliance of Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The learned Arbitrator shall fix his own remuneration as per the Schedule of the Act.
