1. Today, Ms. Mukherjee, learned Advocate representing the petitioner would only insist that the representation dated 28th November, 2024, which has been received by the municipal authorities on 29th November, 2024, may be considered by the municipal authorities.

2. Having heard learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties, I am of the view that taking into consideration the peculiar facts noted in the representation, it would be prudent to direct the municipal authorities to consider such representation dated 28th November, 2024 by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and passing a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of on such terms.
