The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased without the Will annexed.

The son, namely, Santanu Ganguly of the deceased Brojo Renu Ganguly is the applicant in this application for grant of letters of administration. The other two heiresses, namely, Sheela Ganguly the widow of the testator and Sukanya Mukherjee, the daughter. The applicant is not desirous in proceeding with the application any further. A written instruction to this effect given by the said Santanu Ganguly to his advocate through electronic mail produced in Court today is taken on record.

This application for letters of administration being PLA/272/2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.

All subsisting orders in this probate proceeding are vacated. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) snn
