In view of the aforesaid, EC/308/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file a fresh execution application, if the circumstances so warrant, in accordance with law. Liberty is also granted to the decree-holder to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
