For the petitioner The Court:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 20th February, 2020 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

Out of the three legal heirs of the testator being the mother, widow, two sons one of whom is a minor have given consent to the grant. Consent on behalf of the minor son, namely, Arya Ghosh has been given by his mother and natural guardian Mahua Ghosh.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the petition for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
