The affidavit is accepted and taken on record.

It is further submitted by Mr. Mitra, learned senior counsel appearing for the contemnor no.2, that the order in question has been complied with. This Court invests responsibility on Mr. Mitra to communicate to his client of the need to take steps to appropriately comply with the orders of the High Court with urgency and expedition. The contempt application accordingly stands disposed of. The rule stands discharged. Any other claim that the petitioner may have against the Bank may be agitated in accordance with law.
