For petitioner The Court : This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 9th August, 2016 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The caveat filed to object to the grant of probate has subsequently been discharged. There is no objection from any counter at the present. No Caveat Certificate has been issued by the department. The Will has been proved in common form by the affidavit of the attesting witness filed in the proceedings.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
