The Court: This is an application for appointment of a new trustee in place and stead of Mr. Sankar Sen, one of the trustees of the estate. It has been pointed out that the new trustee is the son of the deceased trustee. Counsel on behalf of the petitioner also placed the minutes of the meeting dated 4th May, 2020 wherein the appointment of Shladitya Sen has been approved by all the trustees. In light of the same, there shall be order in terms of prayer (a). ATA/9/2021 is, accordingly, disposed of.
