For the petitioner This Court:- This is an application for grant of Letters of Administration by the son of the deceased. The widow and the only daughter being the other two heiresses in intestacy have given consent. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of Letters of Administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of Letters of Administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
