We do not find any reason to interfere with the judgment and order dated August 5, 2024 passed by a Single Bench in WPO/1505/2023. The writ petition was allowed and the appellant was successful. However, the appellant is aggrieved by some of the observations of His Lordship on facts. Those observations shall be restricted to the disposal of WPO/1505/2023 and shall not prejudice any other proceeding. The pending proceedings or any other proceeding before any authority shall continue in accordance with law.
