THE COURT:- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 29th June, 2003 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

One of the heirs in intestacy being the son is the executor and the applicant for grant of probate. The other heiresses in intestacy being the wife and daughter have consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
