THE COURT : In the probate proceeding on the basis of an application filed by the plaintiff, Joint Receivers have been discharged. In any event, I am of the view, reliefs claimed in this petition can be appropriately dealt with in the pending probate proceeding. With the aforesaid observation, the contempt application is disposed of.
