..for the respondent nos.3, 4 & 5 The Court: After hearing learned counsel, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner relates to non-functioning of certain accounts of the petitioner held in the Punjab National Bank since November, 2021. The petitioner gave a representation to the Bank on 5th January, 2022. The Bank has not responded to such representation. WPO/2223/2022 is accordingly disposed of with a direction on the Punjab National Bank being the respondent nos.3 to 5 to dispose of the representation within a period of three weeks from date in the form of a reasoned order after hearing the petitioner. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from which the reasoned order is passed.
