1. The appellant is not represented.

2. Mr. Pranit Bag, learned counsel appearing on behalf of KoPT has submitted that process for removal of the containers in terms of the order dated 19th December, 2024 has commenced, however,

the sale may be conducted after public notice is issued in three leading newspapers so as to obviate any further controversy with regard to the details of the inventories and the price likely to be fetched out of sale.

3. The KoPT shall publish the notice in three newspapers, once in Hindi, once in a vernacular daily and an English daily having wide circulation as also in the website of the Port authorities within two weeks from date and the offers to be received pursuant to such notice shall be completed within a period of two weeks thereafter.

4. There shall also be an order in terms of prayer (c).

5. GA-COM/2/2023 is disposed of with the aforesaid modification.

6. Moreover, having regard to the fact that the vessel has been sold in the meantime, the appeals have now become infructuous.

7. Both the appeals stand disposed of.
