The Court : It is submitted on behalf of the award-holder that despite repeated attempts they have been unable to effect service on the judgmentdebtors. In such circumstances, EC/525/2018 stands dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file a fresh execution application after obtaining the exact particulars of the judgment-debtors in accordance with law.

Liberty is also granted to the award-holder to take back the original of the award dated 30th December, 2015 filed in this proceeding after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
