The Terms of Settlement entered into by the plaintiff and the defendants have been duly signed by the parties and their respective advocate-on-record. The terms agreed between the parties appear to be lawful and the same is kept on record.

Accordingly, the suit, CS no.278 of 2019 stands disposed of and there shall be a decree on the basis of the terms mentioned in paragraph 4 of the Terms of Settlement.
