... for the petitioner The Court : Counsel for the petitioner has filed the instant application being GA/1/2022 praying for an order for grant of Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner in respect of the Will and Testament dated 28th July, 2016 without the map or plan being annexed thereto, on as-is-where-is basis. Counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 26th July, 2019 this Court has passed an order for issuance of Letters of Administration but due to non-availability of the map and plan annexed to the Will the Department has not issued the Letters of Administration. Though the counsel for the petitioner has made submission but there is nothing on record to support the contention of the petitioner. In view of the above, the Department is directed to submit a report within a week from date as to why the Letters of Administration has not been issued in favour of the petitioner in terms of the order dated 26th July, 2019. Let the matter appear on 6th December, 2022.
