The Court : The private respondent files affidavit-inopposition. The same is taken on record. However, this Court is not inclined to go into the same. The petitioner and the other respondents shall not be deemed to have admitted any part or portion of the affidavit filed by the private respondent. It is submitted that the operation of the account has been allowed and the account has been unfrozen.

It appears that the order dated 13th December, 2021 has been carried out. Nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition. However, it is made clear that the Bank would be required to act in terms of any order of any Court or other authority directing operation or otherwise of the said account, if and when produced by the parties.

With the aforesaid observation, WPO/1282/2021 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
