It is prayed in particulars that certain number of shares of M/s. Aditya Birla Capital Limited, M/s. Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and M/s. Bosch Limited should be incorporated in the affidavit of assets.

Learned Registrar, Original Side shall ascertain from these three companies as to whether the particular shares are still in the name of the testator namely, Charles Herbert Heape. A Report shall be submitted before this Court on or before the returnable date.
