By an order dated 20th September, 2024, this Court has returned the plaint to the plaintiff with the liberty to initiate pre-meditation process and also with liberty to use the court fee paid in the present suit in the future suit, if occasion arises.

In page 3 last paragraph line No.2, this Court directed the department to delete the number of the suit from the system. After receipt of the order, the department has pointed out that if the number is deleted, all orders will not be reflected in the website of this Court. Considering the report submitted by the department, in the order dated 20th September, 2024 in page No.3 last paragraph instead of deleting the number of the suit from the system, it should be recorded that the suit is

disposed of and to return the plaint to the plaintiff and to refund court fee to the plaintiff.

This order may be incorporated in the earlier dated 20th September, 2024.
