The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration to the estate left behind by the abovenamed deceased without the Will annexed.

The daughter-in-law (widow of the pre-deceased son) who is one of the heiress in case of death in intestacy is the petitioner herein. The other heir in intestacy being the grandson of the deceased has consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 1,80,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
