The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the parties that pursuant to negotiations, the parties have entered into a Terms of Settlement. A copy of the Terms of Settlement dated 24th February, 2022 is filed in Court. Accordingly, there shall be a decree in terms of the Terms of Settlement filed in Court today. The Department is directed to draw up the decree expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid, CS/237/2021 is disposed of in terms of the Terms of Settlement.
