The Court:- It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that pursuant to an earlier order of Court, all payments have been made in terms of the award dated 17 September, 2014 and the award holder does not wish to proceed with this application.

The award debtor is represented and submits that the award stands satisfied and nothing remains due and payable. By consent of the parties, the order dated 4 December, 2023 also stands corrected to reflect that the total amount due and payable as on that date was 90,000/- and not 19,000/-.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the award holder nothing survives in this application.

EC/534/2015 stands dismissed.

All interim orders stand vacated. Warrant of arrest, if any, stands discharged.

The award holder is directed to give a No Objection Certificate and any other title documents if any lying with them to the Advocates for the award debtor.
