For the petitioner The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 13th May, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. The only son of the deceased is the executor. The other heiresses in intestacy being the widow and the only daughter have consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
