The Court: This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The petitioner prays for extension of time to enable the learned advocate to make and publish the award.

Considering such submission, the nature of the dispute and the fact that the voluminous documents are involved in the proceeding, this court deems it fit to extend the time by a period of one year from the date of communication of this order to the learned Arbitral Tribunal in order to enable the learned Tribunal to make and publish the award within the extended period. AP 170 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.
