The Court : On 5th March, 2026 a Terms of Settlement was placed before the Court by the parties but was in wrong suit number. A Terms of Settlement typed out with correct suit number is placed before the Court and is taken on record. This Terms of Settlement has been stamped and punched on 5th March, 2026.

On a perusal of the Terms of Settlement it prima facie appears that the compromise between the parties as recorded therein is lawful. Let there be a decree on the basis of the Terms of Settlement. The decree be drawn up by making this Terms of Settlement a part thereof. Let the decree be drawn up expeditiously.

The suit is, accordingly, disposed of.

All connected pending applications are also disposed of without any further orders.

Interim order, if any, including the appointment of Receiver/Special Officer stands vacated and/or discharged.
