For petitioner The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and Testament dated 7th March, 2019 left behind by the abovenamed deceased.

It appears from the original Will annexed to this application for grant of probate that the same has been executed on 7th March, 2019. However, in the sentence just above the signature of the testator after the stamp of 7th March, 2019 it is typed out 'blank day of February 2019'. Considering the dates affixed at other portions of the Will the words 'blank day of February 2019' typed out in the last sentence above the signature of the testator should be ignored.

General Citation was issued and necessary affixation done. Publication has also been made. No testamentary caveat has been lodged by any person after the publication of General Citation. "No caveat certificate" has been issued by the department.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the probate is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [a] of the petition. The petition for grant of probate stands disposed of, accordingly. (ARINDAM MUKHERJEE, J.) sb
