The Court: The writ petition is allowed.

Admittedly, the complete order passed by the Identification Committee in terms of the Master Circular on July 1, 2015 was not supplied to the petitioner.

The bank is directed to supply the copy of the complete order of the Identification Committee to the petitioner within 30th October, 2024. The petitioner will be at liberty to proceed in accordance with the Master Circular within two weeks thereafter, by approaching the appropriate forum.

It is made clear that this Court has not decided any of the points raised in the writ petition and the same can be raised by the petitioner at the appropriate stage.

Accordingly, WPO/885/2024 is disposed of.
