1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

2. Both parties submit that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is required to be extended. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator has expired on September 9, 2025.

3. It is submitted that the proceeding is at the stage of crossexamination of the respondent's witness.

4. Considering the progress made in the proceedings, this Court is of the view that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator should be extended.

5. Accordingly, for the ends of justice, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended by a further period of one year from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.
