In such circumstances, the award holder prays for an adjournment. It is also submitted on behalf of the award holder that the original documents pertaining to this claim are not available. The matter has repeatedly been heard and diverse orders have been passed accommodating the award holder. The judgment debtor remains unrepresented.

In such circumstances, EC/250/2017 is dismissed on the ground of formal defects.

Liberty is granted to the award holder to take back the original of the award dated 9 September, 2015 after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. Liberty is also granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application in accordance with law if so advised. With the aforesaid directions, EC/250/2017 stands dismissed.
