The Court: This is an application for extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

Admittedly, the arbitrator has concluded the proceeding and the award is awaited. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator has since expired. As the proceedings are complete, the Court is satisfied that the delay is not attributable either to the parties or to the learned Arbitrator.

Under such circumstances, the mandate is extended by a further period of six months from the date of communication of this order. AP/163/2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.
