1. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator.

2. Both parties submit that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator is required to be extended. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator had expired on September 10, 2025 and the award was published on September 11, 2025, during the pendency of this application. The law provides that the arbitral Tribunal can continue with the

proceeding if an application for extension of the mandate is pending before the court.

3. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

4. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is extended till the date of publication of the award.
