The Court:- This is an application under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act post the making of the award dated 21st October, 2021. By an award, the respondent has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.36,64,406/- particulars whereof are fully described in the award. The matter had appeared on numerous occasions. By diverse orders dated 16th December, 2021 and 27th January, 2022, this Court had directed orders in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the Notice of Motion.

None appears on behalf of the respondent nor is any accommodation prayed for on their behalf.

It appears from the Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the petitioner that notice of this application has been duly served on the respondent. In view of the aforesaid, AP No. 520 of 2021 is disposed of by confirming the orders dated 16th December, 2021 and 27th January, 2022. Liberty is granted to the decree-holder to file an execution petition in accordance with law, if so advised.
