The Court :- In this application for letters of administration of the estate left behind by the deceased, the husband of the deceased being one of the heirs in intestacy is the applicant. The son and daughter of the deceased being the other heirs/heiress in intestacy have consented to the grant of letters of administration.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 1,00,00,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
