It is submitted by the learned Advocates for the plaintiff and defendant No. 1 and 2 that the parties have settled their disputes and have accordingly filed the terms of settlement . It is further submitted that no relief is sought for against the defendant No.3 which is a proforma defendant. Thus, no relief is being granted with regard to defendant No.3. Thus, CS/303/2012 be disposed of in accordance with the terms of settlement entered into between the plaintiff Nos. 1 and 2 and the defendant Nos. 1 and 2 on 20th day of May, 2025.

Let the terms of settlement be a part of the decree. The connected application being IA NO:
