...for ECL The Court: Some typographical errors have cropped up in the orders dated 23rd June, 2025 and 25th July, 2025.

The second paragraph of the order dated 23rd June, 2025 will be read as, "On the earlier occasion, learned Advocate representing the Union of India was asked to be present." in stead of "On the earlier occasion Union of India was asked to be present."

In the order dated 25th July, 2025, the appearance of Mr. Indrajit Dasgupta, Advocate, appearing for the Union of India, was wrongly recorded and the same be deleted.

Let the above corrections be incorporated in the orders dated 23rd June, 2025 and 25th July, 2025 None appeared to represent the petitioners.

The order dated 25th July, 2025 has not yet been complied with. The learned Advocate representing the respondent ECL is present. Let the matter be dismissed for non-prosecution. (ANANYA BANDYOPADHYAY, J.) sg.
