The Court:- By an order dated 29 November, 2023 a last opportunity was granted to the award holder to effect service of the execution application. It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that they have been unable to effect service till date. In view of the failure of the award holder to ascertain the particulars of the award debtor, EC/530/2019 is dismissed. Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application for the selfsame cause if the circumstances so warrant and after ascertaining the exact particulars of the award debtor.

Liberty is also granted to the award holder to take back the original award dated 26 June, 2019 after replacing of the same with a copy thereof. Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.
