By an order dated 17th September, 2024, this Court has returned the plaint to the plaintiff with the liberty to initiate the pre-mediation process. In the last paragraph page No.2, this Court has directed the number allotted to the suit be deleted so that it may not be shown as pending but after the matter was taken up by the department for compliance, it was pointed out by the department in the report that if the suit number is deleted, the order will not be available in the website.

Accordingly, in page No.2 last paragraph be deleted and the same maybe read as "in view of the above, the department is directed to return the plaint to the plaintiff along with documents. The suit is disposed of."

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that as the plaint has been returned, he may be allowed to take back the court fee. Accordingly, the department is directed to refund the court fee to the plaintiff with the liberty to use the said court fees if the plaintiff intends to file any further suit after completion of the meditation process.
