The Court:- Grievance of the petitioner is that the Corporation is not issuing certified copy of the order passed in the Demolition Case No.071D/BR.-V/2020-21. It appears from the documents annexed to the writ petition that the date of the order for which the petitioner seeks certified copy is not mentioned.

The application filed before the Special Officer (Building) and the Executive Officer (Building) mentions that certified copy of order passed in connection with the aforesaid demolition case be supplied on urgent basis. Learned advocate representing the Kolkata Municipal Corporation submits, upon instruction that, no order has been passed in the demolition case till date. The demolition proceeding is continuing and final order is yet to be passed.

In view of the submissions made above, the petitioner is not entitled to any relief in the instant writ petition and the same stands dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all legal formalities. (AMRITA SINHA, J.) nm
