GA 2 of 2025 is an application for recalling of the settlement arrived at between the parties and withdrawal of AP 366 of 2022. Considering the records and the submissions of the respective parties, GA 2 of 2025 is allowed. Accordingly, 366 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the prayers and pleadings in GA 2 of 2025. All the applications are disposed of accordingly.
