The Court: It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that pursuant to an order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Brand Value Communications Limited Vs. Bennett Coleman and Company Limited dated 18th July, 2025 in Diary No. 1136 of 2025, a transfer petition has been allowed directing transfer of this proceeding to the Hon'ble High Court at Delhi. In view of the above, IPDATM/256/2023 be transferred to the Hon'ble High Court at Delhi and be treated as struck off insofar as the records of this Court are concerned.

The Department is directed to act on the basis of the above order and forthwith transmit all the records pertaining to IPDATM/256/2023 to the Hon'ble High Court at Delhi.
