...for the respondent The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the order passed by this Court on 13th June, 2022 directing the Bank to return the amount of Rs.7,88,000/- to the petitioners within a fortnight together with an interest of 6% per annum from 10th November, 2021 till the date of payment has been complied with only today morning. A letter to that effect from the Bank has been handed over which is kept on record.

Since nothing further remains to be adjudicated, WPO/2242/2022 is disposed of in terms of the above. The cheque is given to learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in Court today. (MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA, J.) bp.
