The Court: The petitioner has filed in the instant application being GA/1/2022 for deletion of the name of one of the legal heirs of the testator, namely, Rajib Kumar De, as he passed away on 29th March, 2021 by substituting the names of the wife and two daughters in place of Mr. Rajib Kumar De. In the proposed amendment application, being annexure A, though the petitioner has deleted the name of Rajib Kumar De but not incorporated the name of the wife and two daughters of Rajib Kumar De. The petitioner seeks leave to add the name of Anima De (wife), Rikhi De (daughter) and Anuriya De (daughter) in the proposed amendment application after deleting the name of Rajib Kumar De at page no.3 of the proposed amendment application.

Leave is granted to the petitioner to add the names of wife and two daughters of the deceased Rajib Kumar De.

Considered the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. Prayers (a) (b) and (c) of the application is allowed. GA/1/2022 is disposed of.
