It is submitted on behalf of the judgment debtor that the award sought to be executed has been stayed in a proceeding pending before the Hon'ble High Court at Mumbai.

In view of the aforesaid, EC/543/2018 is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty is granted to the decree holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant at the appropriate stage, if necessary. Liberty is also granted to the decree holder to take back the original certified copy of the award sought to be executed upon replacement of the same with a photocopy thereof.

The judgment is directed to inform the decree holder of the passing of this order.
