The Court : Learned counsels of the parties have submitted that the matter has been settled and the entire decreetal amount has been paid.

In view of the above, the instant execution case is disposed of on full satisfaction.

Learned counsel for the judgment debtor has submitted that liberty may be given to the director Arun Bharti who paid the entire amount to recover half of the said amount from the other director Mr. Neeraj Poddar. He is at liberty to do so if he is entitled under the law.
