1. The Court: The petitioner is not represented.

2. The alleged contemner who has been impleaded as Chairman of WBTC shall be understood as Chairman of CSTC. The Registry shall make necessary amendments in the cause title.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the alleged contemner that all sums except a sum of Rs.5500/- have been paid to the petitioner. The said amount of Rs.5500/- is payable by CSTC.

4. Since the alleged contemner is also the executive head of CSTC, it is ordered that CSTC releases the sum of Rs.5500/- immediately upon receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the above order, the contempt application stands disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.
