... for the petitioners The Court: Counsel for the petitioners is present and prays for grant of Letters of Administration to the estate of the deceased Amiyangshu Chakrabarty @ Amiyansu Chakrabarti.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that the deceased Amiyangshu Chakrabarty died on 28th February, 2014 leaving behind his wife Gouri Chakrabarti and two daughters who are the petitioners before this Court. Before filing of the instant application, the wife of the deceased i.e. the mother of the petitioners died on 20th September, 2017.

Considered the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner. Perused the application, death certificate of the father and mother of the petitioners as well as the documents available on record. This Court finds that there is no impediment for grant of Letters of Administration to the petitioners.

In view of the above, prayer (a) of the application is allowed. PLA/348/2018 is disposed of.
